Hello again folks,
I'd like to preface this post by asking you guys if you have had to replace the spark plugs on your ZDX yet? My '10 just hit 23,000 miles this past weekend and I started to notice hesitation upon acceleration and the other tall tale signs of fouled spark plugs. Sure enough, I inspected the plugs and found out that they had to be replaced already!

This seems awfully premature to me..
Anyway, most of you peeps probably already know how to change your own spark plugs, but for those of you who don't I have posted a few tips on performing this routine maintenance job by yourself:
For the Front Or Rear Cylinder Head-
First, Remove the engine cover. Refer to this
ZDX engine cover diagram should you require a more explicit reference point.
Then, disconnect the ignition coil connectors, then remove the front ignition coils.
After that, remove the spark plugs and inspect them. If they look fouled then replace them.
Next, apply a small amount of anti-seize compound to the plug threads, and screw the plugs into the cylinder head, finger tight.
Ensure that you torque them to 16 ft. lbs. (22 Nm).
Finally, install the front ignition coils in the reverse order of removal.
It's a straight-forward spark plug replacement job, but someone has to do it (so why not you?
