Default Scuffed up my ZDX rims

Hey,

I took our family camping on the weekend and somehow, my rims on our ZDX got scuffed up a bit. I'm royally pissed right now, especially since I don't remember running or scraping into anything. Anyway I can "fix" this?

I'll post pics up later.

Post pics up. I can definitely tell you how to fix this yourself. Its should be fairly easy depending on how bad the damage is. Worst case theres shops that can professionally repair it for you.

Very unfortunate and no fun when this happens. Hopefully this is not too much of a hassle for you to fix, perhaps you may be able to just polish it out?

Dude that sucks. I did that the first time I bought rims and I sat in my car and cried.

It may just be a mark in the clear coat, which can be buffed/polished out.

Any updates on the pics? Whatever you decide to do, be very careful. You might damage the finish of the rim even more if you're not careful.

I agree, don't get all worried just yet. Most small scuffs can be polished out easily. I mean, I got this out of mine:

You can see the scuff on the right side of the rim. Polished it right out with a cheap buffer and some rim repair stuff.

There is hope! It looks like it just takes time patience and elbow grease.
