Default Thinking about doing a chrome trim on my ZDX

I'm thinking about chroming the door handles on my ZDX and perhaps other parts of the car to give it a unique look. What do you guys think?

It should look good. Just don't overdo it. Make sure its properly done otherwise it might just chip away the first time you bring it to a car wash.

You might consider buying a set of replacement door handles from the dealer, and sending them out to be done. Make sure that the company you send it to for plating can also do all the needed prep work.

Yeah the prep is key, anything under that be it a scratch of a little grease is very unforgiving a good gentle media blast usually works very well.

Exactly how it should be done. That way it wont be a problem if anything bad happens since you'll have a spare set to switch with.
